All TPMS vehicle sensor products, spare parts & TPMS diagnostic tools are delivered using a registered courier service and shipped within Australia only.
Please ensure someone is available at your registered delivery / send to address between 9.00am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday to receive and sign for your order.
TPMSÂ Australia will not be liable for any additional courier charges if the driver cannot deliver your order on the first attempt.
We cannot deliver to PO Boxes, if you provide a PO Box for delivery we will require a physical address to deliver the items too or extra shipping charges may apply.
Delivery times are as follows: (Once Payment Received)
Major capital cities:Â Approx. 2 - 5 working days
Country areas:Â Approx. 3 - 7 working days.
Warranty & Returns
All Products come with a 12 Month Warranty (Unless Stated Otherwise)
Refunds or exchanges are not available unless the product is faulty or damaged in transit.
If a product is faulty or damaged in transit, you may email our Customer Service Department within 7 days of receiving the product via the contact page.
Any Faulty / Damaged product must be returned to TPMSÂ Australia at the senders expense so the product can be evaluated for a credit, refund or exchange.
Credit for any Products that you send back will be applied to your next order.
Returns must be in original condition and packaging, with all accessories and received within 30 days of purchase.
